Vehicle Operation & Safety: Drive buses safely, follow traffic laws, conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections (lights, fluids, brakes), and ensure vehicle is clean and mechanically sound.
Passenger Service: Assist passengers with boarding/alighting (including those with disabilities), provide route/schedule info, help with luggage, collect fares/tickets, and maintain a safe, orderly environment.
Route & Schedule Management: Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, report delays (traffic/weather), and manage trip timing.
Record Keeping: Complete trip logs, passenger counts, and inspection reports as required.
Emergency Response: Handle minor emergencies, health issues, or unruly passengers professionally.
