Job Details

Supermobility Services Pvt. Ltd. (SMSPL) is hiring 50 Bus Drivers for NMMT operations in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Requirements

• Valid Heavy Vehicle / Transport Driving License

• 0-6 Months Driving Experience

• Age Below 55 Years

• Good Driving Record and Responsible Behaviour

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: ₹23,641 per Month

• Other Allowance: ₹3000 (After 26 Days Present)

• In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹24,464 per Month•

• PF & ESIC Benefits

• Overtime (OT) Extra

• Weekly Off Working Payment Extra

• Double Duty Bhatta: ₹500 per Duty

• Bonus: 8.33%

•As per attendance criteria and company policy.

Duty Timing

• 8 Hours Duty + Overtime

• Rotational Weekly Off

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Buses Safely on Assigned Routes

• Follow Traffic Rules and Company Guidelines

• Ensure Passenger Safety

• Check Vehicle Condition Before Duty

• Report Vehicle Issues to the Supervisor

• Driving License

• Badge

• Bank Details

• Two Passport Size Photos

• Police NOC

• Transfer Certificate/ school leaving certificate.
