Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Rider to pick up and deliver parcels, documents, or packages safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong navigation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments within the assigned service area.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of parcels.

• Verify shipment details before pickup and delivery.

• Obtain proof of delivery, including customer signatures or digital confirmation.

• Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required and submit them as per company procedures.

• Use GPS and mobile applications to navigate delivery routes.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and update delivery status in the company system.

• Report delivery delays, damaged shipments, or customer issues to the supervisor.

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and ensure basic maintenance.

• Follow all traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Own bike/scooter with valid registration, insurance, and pollution certificate (if required).

• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and Google Maps.

• Previous delivery or courier experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
