We are looking for a Bike Taxi Rider to join our team to provide safe and reliable passenger rides. The role involves transporting passengers to their destinations while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹15,000 - ₹28,000. Candidates must ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a smooth and comfortable ride experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records of trips and any related paperwork
Pick up and drop passengers at designated locations within the assigned timeline and confirm ride details to ensure accurate service
Assist passengers with boarding/alighting safely, including helmet use
Process payments when required and issue receipts to clients
Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. Candidates must have a valid driving license and be an expert in route planning, time management and customer interaction. Prior experience in bike taxi or delivery roles will be an added advantage.
