Job Description: Rider (Bike, Auto, Cab, E-Rickshaw)
Location: Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh

Position Overview

We are hiring Bike Riders, Auto Riders, Cab Drivers, and E-Rickshaw Drivers for transportation and delivery services in Vidisha. Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and familiar with local routes.

Available Positions & Compensation

1. Bike Rider
• Pay: ₹7 to ₹10 per km
• Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods/passengers safely and on time

• Follow traffic rules and company guidelines

• Maintain vehicle in good condition

2. Auto Rider (Auto Rickshaw Driver)
• Pay: ₹13 to ₹15 per km
• Responsibilities:

• Transport passengers within city routes

• Ensure customer safety and comfort

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle

3. Cab Driver
• Pay: ₹16 to ₹20 per km
• Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and professional ride services

• Use navigation apps efficiently

• Maintain vehicle hygiene and documentation

4. E-Rickshaw Driver
• Pay: ₹13 to ₹15 per km
• Responsibilities:

• Operate E-Rickshaw for passenger transport

• Ensure battery charging and upkeep

• Follow designated routes and safety norms

Eligibility Criteria (All Roles)

• Valid driving license (as per vehicle type)
• Basic knowledge of Vidisha routes and traffic rules
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Smartphone usage for navigation (preferred)
• Minimum age: 18+ years

Compensation & Benefits

• Per kilometer earnings as per role
