Ambulance Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the ambulance to emergency and non-emergency locations.

• Transport patients to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

• Follow traffic rules while responding to emergency situations.

• Assist medical staff with loading and unloading patients when required.

• Keep the ambulance clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

• Maintain accurate trip records and complete required documentation.

• Ensure all emergency equipment is properly stored and functional.

Requirements:

• Valid LMV/Transport Driving License (as per local regulations).

• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience; ambulance driving experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

• Ability to remain calm and drive safely during emergencies.

• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic first aid knowledge is an added advantage.

• Good communication and professional behavior.
