Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid campaigns to improve brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies

• Optimize campaigns for better ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies

• Monitor campaign performance and manage daily budgets

• Coordinate with content and design teams for creative execution

• Generate campaign reports with actionable insights

• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes

• Handle Meta Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and events

• Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising

• Knowledge of campaign objectives, funnel marketing, and audience segmentation

• Understanding of analytics and performance metrics

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns

• Knowledge of Google Ads and other paid marketing platforms

• Basic understanding of graphic design or video editing

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
