About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Google PPC and various paid social media advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing channels, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across all major social media advertising platforms, including:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • Google ADs

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs.

• Prepare campaign reports with insights, analysis, and recommendations.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.

• Work closely with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.

• Track conversions and ensure accurate reporting through Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics tools.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and digital metrics.

• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

• Good understanding of audience segmentation and campaign optimization.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Basic knowledge of SEO.
