We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, execution, community engagement, and improving brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copies.
Monitor trends, competitors, and new social media opportunities.
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and page management.
Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and build community.
Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
Support influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
Work on improving reach, engagement, and conversions through organic strategies.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms.
Strong content writing and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools.
Understanding of reels, short videos, and viral trends.
Knowledge of social media analytics.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with D2C brands, healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce brands.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads will be an added advantage
