Job Description: Social Media & Google Business Profile Executive - Woscher

Role Overview

You will completely own Woscher’s digital presence and community. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create content, engage customers, manage our Google Business Profile, and drive traffic + leads to the website. You should be comfortable both on camera and behind the analytics dashboard.

Social Media Management

1. Plan, create, and publish 4-5 posts/week across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

2. Develop product demonstration videos, educational car care content, and brand storytelling

3. Shoot and edit basic reels on phone. Use Canva/CapCut for creatives

4. Manage community engagement: DMs, comments, customer queries about products, warranty, shipping

5. Coordinate with auto influencers, creators, and detailing partners for collaborations

6. Support performance marketing team with creatives, hooks, and copy for Meta + YouTube ads

7. Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with seasons, festivals, and campaigns

Google Business Profile & Local SEO

1. Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile for branded + local keywords

2. Post updates, offers, new product listings 2-3 times per week

3. Upload high-quality product photos, installation images, and customer content

4. Drive and manage customer reviews. Respond to all reviews and Q&A within 24 hours

5. Monitor GBP insights: calls, website clicks, direction requests. Share weekly reports

6. Improve local search visibility for Delhi NCR and Pan-India

Analytics, Growth & Strategy

1. Track KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, website traffic, conversions, leads

2. Research competitors and market trends. Suggest new content angles

3. Identify opportunities for UGC and customer testimonials

4. Coordinate with customer support and sales team for FAQ content

5. Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 2-4 years of experience managing social media + Google Business Profile for a D2C/e-commerce brand

2. Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Can explain technical products in simple language

3. Experience with video creation and basic editing tools - CapCut, InShot, Canva

4. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, GBP dashboard

5. Understanding of D2C and e-commerce business models

6. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

7. Must be based in Burari, Delhi or nearby areas

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in automotive, tools, or home improvement industry

2. Basic product photography and styling skills

Key KPIs We Will Measure

1. Social media growth rate and engagement rate

2. Video views and content saves

3. Website traffic and conversions from social/GBP

4. Google Reviews count, rating, and GBP actions

5. Lead generation from IG DMs and Google for B2B/Bulk inquiries
