About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Executive / Content Writer to manage our social media content and support our overall digital content strategy.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be comfortable creating engaging content, stay updated with the latest trends, and have good writing skills for both social media and website content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Plan and create Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, videos, captions, and other social media content on a regular basis.

• Manage the daily social media posting schedule, including posts, reels, stories, and other content formats.

• Research and identify the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the brand.

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify content trends, opportunities, gaps, and successful strategies.

• Write content for the website, including:

• Product pages

• Category/collection pages

• Blogs and articles

• Website promotional content

• Research topics, products, competitors, and industry trends to develop relevant and useful content.

• Prepare clear creative briefs and content requirements for designers and other stakeholders.

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, photoshoots, video shoots, product launches, influencer collaborations, and other brand activities.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, visual communication, and content quality.

• Maintain a proper content calendar and ensure content is planned and published on time.

• Monitor social media performance and provide ideas to improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall content performance.

• Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative ideas to improve the brand's social media presence.

What We're Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas.

• Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.

• Understanding of website content writing is preferred.

• Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, blogs, product descriptions, and other marketing content.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with graphic designers, video editors, and other teams.

• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to research, learn, experiment, and stay updated with changing social media trends.
