Job Title: Social Media Content Writer & Planner

Location: Sector 94, Noida (Work from Office)
Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Content Writer & Planner who can plan, write, and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

The role is not just about writing — it involves understanding business goals, creating lead-generating content, and building brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals

• Plan platform-specific content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)

• Identify trending and high-intent topics (CSR, NGO, compliance, business)

2. Content Writing

• Write engaging posts, captions, hooks, and scripts

• Create LinkedIn posts (authority + lead generation focused)

• Write Instagram carousel content and short-form video scripts

• Simplify complex topics into easy, engaging content

3. Content Execution Support

• Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives

• Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms

4. Performance & Optimization

• Track engagement (reach, saves, leads)

• Improve content based on performance insights

• Work with marketing team on content-driven campaigns

Skills Required

• Strong writing skills (English + basic Hindi/Hinglish preferred)

• Understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram content formats

• Ability to create hooks, storytelling content, and viral formats

• Basic understanding of business, marketing, or finance topics

• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or scheduling tools is a plus
