Job Summary The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and keeping the company’s social media accounts active by creating engaging content, shooting and editing reel videos, and maintaining consistent online presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management ● Manage and maintain all social media accounts on a daily basis. ● Ensure regular posting of reels, posts, and stories. ● Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. ● Maintain brand tone, consistency, and visual identity. Reels Shooting & Video Editing ● Shoot high-quality reel videos and short-form content. ● Edit videos using trending audio, transitions, text, and effects. ● Create behind-the-scenes, site visit, and project showcase content. ● Optimize videos for each social media platform. Content Planning & Coordination ● Plan weekly and monthly content calendars. ● Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas and approvals. ● Stay updated with current social media trends and formats.
