Shyama Gems is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and manage digital marketing activities specifically for the Gems, Jewellery and Gemstone sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our online presence, promoting gemstone and jewellery products, generating leads, and reaching potential B2B buyers, jewellery brands, wholesalers and retailers through social media, SEO, paid advertising and other digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant channels.

• Create and execute marketing campaigns for gemstones, gemstone beads, loose stones, jewellery and related products.

• Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

• Create engaging content ideas including product posts, reels, stories, offers and promotional campaigns.

• Research Gems & Jewellery industry trends, competitors, hashtags and keywords.

• Perform keyword research and improve website/product visibility through SEO.

• Develop strategies to reach jewellery designers, wholesalers, retailers, jewellery brands and international buyers.

• Track social media and advertising performance, optimize campaign spending and prepare reports.

• Coordinate with the product, photography, design and content teams for marketing creatives.

• Generate new ideas for increasing brand awareness, enquiries, leads and sales.

• Support digital marketing activities for B2B and international markets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months – 6+ years

• Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Understanding of basic analytics and campaign reporting.

• Good understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.

• Creative mindset with an interest in gemstones, jewellery, fashion or luxury products.

• Previous experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

• Ability to research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
