We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who can create engaging content, write compelling hooks, and build a strong online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand current trends, audience psychology, content strategy, and social media growth techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Write attention-grabbing hooks that improve reach, watch time, and engagement.

• Create high-quality content ideas, captions, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.

• Develop engaging carousel posts with strong storytelling and clear CTAs.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content formats.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce impactful content.

• Schedule and manage content calendars.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

• Analyze post performance and prepare monthly social media reports.

• Suggest new content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.

• Ability to write high-converting hooks and engaging captions.

• Experience in creating carousel posts, reels, and other interactive content.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.

• Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools is an added advantage.

• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to research trends and convert ideas into viral content.

• Passionate about social media and digital marketing.

• Creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Experience in finance, investment, or stock market content will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
