Job Description

Riddhi Siddhi Developers is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, digital campaigns, lead generation, and performance tracking. Experience in real estate marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and maintain monthly and weekly social media content calendars.

• Develop ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, property promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.

• Write engaging captions, headlines, promotional content, and calls-to-action.

• Plan and execute campaigns for real estate projects, property launches, events, offers, and lead-generation activities.

• Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

• Monitor leads, campaign performance, reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.

• Track social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.

• Research current social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and content opportunities.

• Respond to or coordinate social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation targets.

• Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

• Maintain consistency in the company's branding and communication across digital platforms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant social media/digital marketing experience.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.

• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with social media campaign planning and execution.

• Knowledge of lead-generation campaigns and audience targeting.

• Content planning and social media calendar management.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.

• Understanding of reels, short-form videos, trending content, and social media algorithms.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.

• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in Real Estate, Property Marketing, Construction, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience managing paid social media campaigns, real estate lead generation, Meta Ads, content strategy, and property promotional campaigns will be an added advantage.
