Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage the company's social media presence, increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy  Develop monthly and weekly content calendars.  Plan social media campaigns aligned with business goals.  Research industry trends and competitor activities.  Createcontent ideas for brand awareness and lead generation. Social Media Management  ManageFacebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.  Schedule and publish posts consistently.  Monitor comments,messages, and customer interactions.  Maintain brandtone and communication standards. Content Coordination  Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors.  Ensure timely creation of creatives, reels, and promotional content.  Assist in writing captions, hashtags, and content copies. Community Engagement  Respond to customer inquiries and comments.  Build relationships with followers and online communities.  Encourage engagement through campaigns and contests. Analytics & Reporting  Monitor social media performance.  Trackreach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.  Prepare monthly performance reports.  Suggest improvement strategies based on analytics.
