Role: Social Media, Reels & AI Content Creation Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just scroll through social media but understands why something goes viral.

Someone witty, creative, plugged into the latest trends, and capable of turning random ideas into scroll-stopping Reels. You should be able to think of concepts, edit videos, create content using AI, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

If you have a creative mind, a good sense of humour, and an instinct for what works on the internet, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Create & Edit Reels: Turn ideas and raw footage into engaging, high-quality Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.

• Think Creatively: Come up with witty concepts, relatable content, clever hooks, memes, and fresh campaign ideas.

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Spot emerging trends, trending audio, viral formats, and internet conversations before they become old news.

• Make Ideas Happen: Take a concept from brainstorming to scripting, editing, and final publishing.

• Use AI Creatively: Leverage AI tools for content ideation, scripts, visuals, video generation, voiceovers, and editing workflows.

• Manage Social Platforms: Publish and manage content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Master Storytelling: Understand hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and audience retention.

• Write Engaging Copy: Create witty captions, catchy titles, and compelling calls to action in fluent English.

• Experiment & Improve: Analyse content performance and constantly test new creative approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong video-editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.

• A witty, imaginative mind with a strong sense of humour and storytelling.

• Good awareness of current social media trends, memes, pop culture, and internet culture.

• The ability to generate original ideas instead of simply copying competitors.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation.

• Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, watch, share, and engage.

• Someone proactive who can pitch ideas and execute them independently.

Bonus Points

• You already create Reels, run a social media page, or make content for fun.

• You understand Gen-Z humour and contemporary internet culture.

• You can turn an ordinary product or everyday situation into an interesting story.

• You experiment with AI video-generation tools and new creative technologies.
