We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at R K Silk to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

• Improve social media presence through engaging and sales-oriented content.

• Use social media platforms for sales and product promotion, including Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.

• Generate leads and customer inquiries through social media and help convert them into sales.

• Have basic knowledge of social media selling, customer engagement and product promotion.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize ad spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and using social platforms to generate leads and sales is required.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms, including product promotion, customer engagement, lead generation and sales conversion. Good communication skills, creativity and a willingness to learn and improve digital marketing skills are important for this role.
