Job Title Social Media Manager (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Coaching Industry What You’ll Do
● Manage content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
● Write strong hooks, persuasive captions, and CTAs
● Plan and schedule weekly content
● Adapt copy for each platform (LinkedIn ≠ IG ≠ YT)
● Support growth, engagement, and lead generation
● Work with coaches and coaching brands
● Edit and format short-form videos (basic editing)
● Publish posts and stories consistently and on time as per the content calendar
● Reply to comments and handle basic DMs
● Schedule YouTube shorts and long-form content in advance
● Support campaign and webinar launches with timely content
● Maintain organized content planners for multiple client accounts

● Video editors
● Designers
What We’re Looking For
● Solid experience with LinkedIn, IG, and YouTube
● Strong copywriting skills (this is non-negotiable)
● Prior experience in the coaching industry
● Understanding of funnels, DMs, and calls
● Ability to manage multiple accounts
● High attention to detail and deadline discipline
● Comfortable working with tools like Canva, scheduling tools, Google Sheets, Trello/Notion
