Roles & Responsibilities :

Content Creation:

● Develop compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

● Create engaging blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos on educational topics that resonate with our target audience.

● Collaborate with the design and video production teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

● Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and increase community engagement.

● Schedule, manage, and monitor content across social media channels.

● Analyze social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.

● Respond to inquiries and engage with our online community in a timely and friendly manner.

Brand Voice & Messaging:

● Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.

● Adapt content for different audience segments, ensuring relevance and impact.

Analytics & Reporting:

● Track, analyze, and report on social media and content performance metrics.

● Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall engagement.

Collaboration & Innovation:

● Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with product updates, launches, and campaigns.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the EdTech industry.

● Propose new content ideas and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Qualification

● Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.

● Experience (1-3 years) can apply.
