About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to join Gym Bazaar. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete social media lifecycle—from content ideation and shoots to editing, posting, community management, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Generate innovative content ideas, campaign concepts, and viral reel formats aligned with the fitness industry.

• Conduct product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes shoots for social media content.

• Edit reels, videos, and creatives for daily posting and campaigns.

• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

• Handle social media accounts, audience engagement, comments, and messages.

• Create and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.

• Analyze content and ad performance and provide actionable insights for growth.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

• Strong skills in content creation, video shooting, and editing.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar editing software.

• Experience running Meta Ads and understanding performance metrics.

• Knowledge of Instagram growth strategies, reels, and content trends.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and execute ideas independently.

• Passion for fitness, sports, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
