Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Conceptualize and produce engaging content (Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels, blogs)

• Write sharp, relatable copy with strong hooks and clear messaging

• Coordinate shoots (basic direction, scripting, shot breakdowns)

• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithms

2. Content Marketing & Distribution

• Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, etc.

• Optimize content for reach (hashtags, captions, SEO basics, thumbnails)

• Identify and leverage trends to increase virality

• Collaborate with influencers/creators for amplification

3. Performance Tracking

• Track metrics (views, engagement, retention, conversions)

• Analyze what works and iterate content strategy accordingly

• Run basic A/B tests on formats, hooks, and posting times

4. Brand Building

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

• Contribute to campaigns, launches, and promotions

• Build a community through comments, DMs, and interactions

Skills & Requirements

• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills (Hindi + English preferred)

• Hands-on with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social media tools

• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut or similar)

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, hashtags, trends)

• Ability to think both creatively and analytically

• Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
