Role Overview

We are seeking a Female Social Media Manager with proven hands-on experience in managing and scaling brand presence across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks while coordinating with the design and video teams.

She will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute effective social media strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.

• Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives and videos.

• Write engaging captions, post copies, and scripts tailored for different platforms.

• Actively participate in content creation — including reels, behind-the-scenes clips, stories, and trending formats.

• Attend company events to capture and create engaging, real-time content.

• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize brand growth.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a vibrant online community.

• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital channels.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to report performance, share insights, and suggest creative ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and insights tools.

• Ability to create and manage content calendars efficiently.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.

• Strong coordination and time management skills to handle multi-team deliverables.

• Passion for brand building, trends, and digital marketing innovation.

• Comfortable on camera and confident participating in reels and video content.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing team.
