you will be the voice of Fab Memories across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. You will design and execute digital strategies that increase brand awareness, foster a vibrant online community, and turn followers into loyal customers. Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions. Interact with followers authentically to build strong community relationships and route sales inquiries to the tele calling team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal Script Writer, Videographer, and Graphic Designers to ensure visual and textual content is on-brand and high-quality.
• Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) to continuously improve social media ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts professionally for brands or digital agencies.
• Platform Expertise: Deep, technical understanding of platform algorithms, hashtags, SEO optimization for social channels, and platform analytics tools.
• Creative Writing: Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling captions, call-to-actions (CTAs), and engaging bio copy.
• Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later) and basic design tools like Canva for quick layouts.
