Job Title: Social Media Executive (Meta Ads & Campaign Management)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), campaign management, and managing multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, trend-aware, and capable of driving engagement and leads through paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories

• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

Meta Ads & Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

• Set up ad objectives (Leads, Traffic, Conversions, Engagement)

• Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation

• Budget planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization

• Track KPIs like CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and Leads

Content & Strategy

• Collaborate with designers and content writers for creatives & copies

• Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor insights and ad performance regularly

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

• Suggest improvements based on data and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

• Understanding of paid & organic social media strategies

• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics

• Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions, and content formats

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads

• Experience in lead generation, education, real estate, or service-based ads

• Knowledge of pixel setup, custom conversions & retargeting
