Cobizzer is looking for a Social Media Executive who can plan, manage, and execute social media strategies for brands with clarity, creativity, and consistency.

This role is for someone who understands that social media is not just posting content — it is about brand positioning, content planning, audience engagement, campaign execution, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars

• Create monthly content strategies for different brands

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and marketing teams

• Handle day-to-day social media planning and execution

• Research trends, formats, reels, hooks, and content ideas

• Ensure brand consistency across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Review captions, creatives, reels, and campaign content before posting

• Track content performance and suggest improvements

• Manage client requirements and internal execution flow

• Support campaign planning for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management

• Strong understanding of social media strategy planning

• Good knowledge of content calendar planning

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts

• Understanding of reels, captions, creatives, trends, and platform behavior

• Basic understanding of paid campaigns will be preferred

• Prior agency experience will be an advantage

• Jaipur-based candidates preferred

• Comfortable with work from office
