Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our presence across multiple social and business platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, IndiaMart, Entry India, YouTube, WhatsApp, WeChat, Koo, Chingari, Josh, Timber, Telegram, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, ShareChat, Moj, Helo, TakaTak, Clubhouse, Likee, Trade India, JustDial, Fruttelo India, Exporters India, Dial4Trade, Kompass India, etc.
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts and campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Generate and track high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Manage product listings and promotions on e-commerce and grocery platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, MilkBasket, Udaan, Zepto, JioMart, DealShare, CityMall, KPN Fresh, More Grocery, BBdaily, Jiffy, Vishal Mega Mart, Apna Mart, Vijetha Live, Barakat Shop, TooToo Grocery, Meesho, Purplle, Snapdeal, and others.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
• Maintain reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
