Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content calendars.

• Write creative captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

• Create and coordinate short-form video content, reels, and other social media creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, formats, and viral content.

• Manage and regularly update social media accounts.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and other teams for content requirements.

• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

• Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools.

• Basic understanding of reels/video editing will be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.
