सोशल मीडिया मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव

ArthCycle Labs is looking for a smart, organised, and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can support our digital marketing activities while also helping with day-to-day office coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with social media, content, communication, documentation, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update our social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, product content, and promotional material
• Assist in writing captions, hashtags, basic scripts, and marketing content
• Coordinate with content creators, photographers, designers, and marketing team members when required
• Respond to social media enquiries and forward qualified leads to the sales team
• Research social media trends, competitors, content ideas, and relevant industry topics
• Maintain a social media content calendar
• Assist with basic Canva designs, product creatives, and presentations
• Help with WhatsApp, email, and digital marketing activities
• Maintain customer, enquiry, vendor, and marketing records
• Assist with data entry, Excel sheets, Google Sheets, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate meetings, calls, samples, couriers, and routine office activities
• Assist management with basic administrative and follow-up work
• Maintain organised digital and physical files
• Coordinate internally with Sales, R&D, Production, Accounts, and Management teams
• Support product launches, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation tools will be preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and client enquiries
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
• Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English communication skills preferred
