About the Role -We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Female Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities while also being the face of the brand. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content ideation, video creation, editing, and platform management.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management ● Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ● Plan and execute content calendars ● Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages ● Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports ● Implement growth strategies to increase followers and engagement Content Creation ● Present confidently in front of the camera for reels and videos ● Create engaging short-form and long-form video content ● Shoot videos using mobile or basic camera setup ● Edit videos for reels, YouTube, and other platforms ● Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives Design & Creative ● Design social media posters, creatives, and thumbnails ● Create eye-catching reels and trending format content ● Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging Required Skills ● Strong video presentation skills (confident speaker) ● Experience in mobile video shooting & editing ● Hands-on experience with: ○ Canva ○ InShot ○ Mobile video editing apps ● Knowledge of reels creation and trending content formats ● Basic understanding of social media algorithms ● Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred) Additional Advantages (Preferred but not Mandatory) ● Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop ● Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro ● Prior experience as a social media influencer ● Experience in brand collaborations ● Basic knowledge of paid promotions & ads Personal Qualities ● Creative mindset ● Up-to-date with social media trends ● Confident and expressive personality ● Self-driven and proactive ● Strong aesthetic sense What We Offer ● Opportunity to be the face of the brand ● Creative freedom ● Growth opportunities
