Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales, retention).

Conduct competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and audience research to identify opportunities.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
Oversee and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Manage remarketing/retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
Work with creative teams to test and optimize ad copy, visuals, and formats.
Monitor ROI and ensure maximum efficiency of ad spend.
Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical).
Oversee content creation (blogs, landing pages, social posts, videos) optimized for engagement and search visibility.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and agencies to deliver high-quality assets.
Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and organic lead growth.
Manage brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Build community engagement strategies, including influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Create automated email workflows for onboarding, nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.
Segment audiences for personalized campaigns.
Optimize email campaigns for higher open and conversion rates.
Manage CRM integrations with sales and customer support.
Track and analyze performance across all digital channels.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and actionable insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Data Studio, HubSpot/CRM dashboards.
Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements.
Manage internal team members (designers, content writers, social media executives) or external agencies.
Train, mentor, and guide team members on best practices.
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Experiment with new growth channels (TikTok, WhatsApp Marketing, Podcasts, Affiliate Programs).
Implement marketing automation and AI-driven personalization for efficiency.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or SaaS).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, content, social media, and email automation.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
