Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for social media handling, content planning, audience engagement, lead generation, and running paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
Create and schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.
Generate leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
Maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
Analyze campaign performance reports and suggest growth strategies.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and ad optimization.
Basic understanding of Canva and social media tools.
Creativity in content ideas and caption writing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of reels/trending content is a plus.
Basic SEO and digital marketing understanding preferred.
