Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end social media strategy, planning, and execution across platforms for multiple clients.
Develop innovative, insight-driven campaigns that align with brand and communication objectives.
Stay updated and actively leverage latest social media technologies and AI tools (content creation, design, automation, voiceovers, analytics, etc.).
Oversee content creation including copy, creatives, videos, and emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, AI-assisted content).
Manage and mentor a team, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and timely delivery.
Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, presentations, and expectation management.
Collaborate closely with PR teams to ensure narrative alignment, reputation management, and crisis preparedness.
Lead real-time response and crisis management on social media platforms.
Conceptualise and deliver strategy decks, campaign presentations, and performance reports.
Track performance metrics, social listening insights, and trends to drive continuous optimization.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise across major social media platforms and evolving content formats.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for content creation, design, video editing, and voiceovers.
Proven track record of delivering creative, high-impact campaigns.
Strong understanding of PR, media sensitivity, and online reputation management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (creative copywriting + confident client interaction).
Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality.
