Job Title: Social Media Manager (Paid Ads & Organic Growth)

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager who can handle both paid advertising campaigns and organic social media growth strategies. The candidate will be responsible for managing brand presence, generating leads, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on:

  • Facebook Ads (Meta)

  • Instagram Ads

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Optimize campaigns for:

  • Lead generation

  • Website traffic

  • Conversions

• Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI

• A/B testing of creatives, audience, and ad copies

• Budget planning and performance reporting

2. Organic Social Media Management

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars

• Manage platforms:

  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

• Create engaging content:

  • Reels, posts, stories, carousels

• Increase:

  • Followers

  • Engagement rate

  • Brand awareness

• Community management (replying to comments, DMs)

3. Content & Creative Strategy

• Coordinate with designers and video editors

• Write captions, hooks, and ad copies

• Trend analysis and competitor research

• Plan viral/reel-based strategies

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using tools:

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Google Analytics

  • Ads Manager dashboards

• Weekly & monthly performance reports

• Suggest improvements based on data insights

5. Lead Generation & Funnel Understanding

• Understand sales funnel (Top, Middle, Bottom)

• Work closely with sales team for lead quality improvement

• Landing page & conversion optimization knowledge (basic)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Ads

  • Social media algorithms

• Understanding of:

  • Organic growth strategies

  • Influencer marketing (basic)

• Good copywriting and content planning skills

• Data-driven mindset

• Creative thinking with trend awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Media

• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred)

• Experience in agency environment (plus point)

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)
