Social Media Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, build engaging content, and support the brand’s overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Create visually engaging creatives and presentations using Canva.
• Write clear, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for social media and digital platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, engagement, and community management.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Track social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve content and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
• Good proficiency in Canva and creative content design.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop fresh content ideas and turn them into engaging social media content.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role will be preferred.
