We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Singlas Retail Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.Job Brief

• Content Creation & Curation: Produce, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-specific content daily (including short-form video/Reels/TikToks, graphics, text copy, and LinkedIn carousels).

• Calendar Management: Own the social media editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing cadence across all channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).

• Community Management: Monitor, listen, and actively respond to our community (comments, DMs, and mentions) to humanize the brand and foster brand loyalty.

• Trend Tracking: Stay aggressively up-to-date on viral trends, platform features, algorithm shifts, and industry news to keep our content highly relevant.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rates. Deliver monthly performance reports with clear, data-driven insights for improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, videographers, product teams, and customer service to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual aesthetic.

• Paid Social Support (Optional/If applicable): Assist in planning or optimizing budget for boosted posts and paid social ad campaigns to widen audience reach.
