Key Responsibilities

• Create and set up social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

• Manage and maintain multiple social media profiles for different clients and businesses.

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.

• Monitor account activity, messages, comments, and audience interactions.

• Coordinate and manage WhatsApp groups for marketing, customer engagement, and business communications.

• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.

• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook account management.

• Experience creating and managing multiple social media profiles simultaneously.

• Understanding of content scheduling and social media publishing tools.

• Experience managing WhatsApp groups and online communities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
