Position: Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, create engaging content, and build a strong online community for the Satv Dairy brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

• Create and oversee high-quality reels, videos, photoshoots, product campaigns, and storytelling content.

• Write compelling captions, campaign copies, and creative content aligned with the brand voice.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for smooth campaign execution.

• Plan and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

• Monitor social media trends and create timely, engaging, and viral content.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid social media campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms.

• Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
