Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Social Media Manager who is as comfortable behind a design tool as they are behind an analytics dashboard. At Sarthi India IT Pvt Ltd, you won't just be "posting updates"—you will be the visual voice of our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-impact social media campaigns that drive engagement and showcase our IT solutions to the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design: • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and copy for all social platforms.

• Strategic Posting & Management: • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.

  • Execute daily posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X using scheduling tools.

• Engagement & Community Building: • Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions to foster a community around Sarthi India IT.

  • Stay updated on IT industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and thought-provoking.

• Performance Tracking: • Analyze weekly/monthly reach and engagement metrics to optimize future content performance.
