Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to handle our company’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging content, grow audience reach, manage ad campaigns, and analyze performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.

• Create and curate engaging content (posts, videos, reels, graphics, blogs).

• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts.

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare monthly reports.

• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build an active online community.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.

• Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
