Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community.
Optimize content based on analytics and performance metrics.
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, if applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience (2+ years preferred) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Excellent Communication and Writing skills
Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
