Social Media Manager

We are building a fashion brand focused on timeless, sophisticated, and chic waistcoats — designed to make women feel confident, powerful, and elegant.

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Executive (female) based in Bangalore who can not only execute content but also understand content strategy, organic growth, and marketing.

Role Type: Full-time (Bangalore-based)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance-based incentives

What You’ll Do:

- Plan, ideate, and execute Instagram content (especially reels)

- Suggest creative content strategies and marketing ideas

- Work on improving organic reach and engagement

- Assist with basic SEO understanding (captions, keywords, discoverability)

- Support in basic ads coordination (Meta ads understanding is a plus)

- Shoot and edit reels (or coordinate shoots)

- Maintain content calendar and posting consistency

- Engage with audience (comments, DMs)

- Work closely with the founder on campaigns and brand direction

What We’re Looking For:

- Female candidate based in Bangalore

- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and aesthetics

- Understanding of Instagram growth (hooks, trends, engagement)

- Basic knowledge of organic reach, content strategy, and marketing ideas

- Familiarity with SEO basics and/or Meta ads (beginner level is okay)

- Creative thinker who can suggest and execute ideas

- Consistent, proactive, and takes ownership

Bonus (not mandatory):

- Prior experience with a fashion/lifestyle brand

- Experience running or assisting with ads
