We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can lead creative strategies, manage content production, and handle client relations with professionalism and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

• 📱 Content Creation: Plan and oversee daily posts, reels, and stories for clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• ✍️ Script Writing: Develop creative reel scripts, captions, and content ideas that align with each brand’s voice.

• 🎥 Video Editing: Coordinate and assist in short-form video production, including basic editing and direction.

• 💬 Customer Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their goals, manage feedback, and maintain strong relationships.

• 📊 Social Media Strategy: Design monthly content calendars, analyze metrics, and grow brand engagement.

• 🎯 Campaign Management: Plan and execute ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, etc.) in coordination with the ad team.

• 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and copy teams to maintain quality and consistency.

• 🚀 Trend Research: Keep up with the latest digital trends, UGC formats, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Interest or Knowledge in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong creative and writing skills (reel scripts, captions, and campaign ideas).

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN, or any editing software).

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Understanding of social media analytics and ad management (Meta Ads preferred). (Opp.)
