💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager cum Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage our brand’s social presence, create engaging content, and drive digital growth across all platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on content production skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Channel.

• Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with community promptly.

• Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Content Creation

• Conceptualize and create reels, videos, product highlights, testimonials, unboxing content, and brand stories.

• Shoot and edit high-quality photos & videos for social media.

• Develop creative copywriting for posts, captions, blogs, and ads.

• Work closely with the marketing team to build campaign-specific content.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Collaborate for influencer marketing, giveaway campaigns, product promotions, and festival-based creatives.

• Ensure brand tone, visual style, and communication consistency.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams for content needs.

🎨 Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in content writing, reel creation, and video editing.

• Experienced with Instagram Reels.

• Understanding of social media analytics & algorithms.

• Ability to shoot videos using mobile or camera-product videos preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience in product-based or FMCG brand marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite (optional but preferred).

• Creativity in storytelling and trend-based content development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or relevant field.

• 1–2 years of experience in social media/content creation (internships count).
