Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to build and strengthen Makai Global Fabrics’ digital presence. The person will be responsible for content creation, social media management, brand communication, and digital marketing initiatives across relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's social media and content strategy

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Create and coordinate Reels, videos, photos, carousels, stories and other content

• Handle social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams for content production

• Develop content around fabrics, products, manufacturing, processes, trends, customers and the brand

• Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts and marketing copy

• Manage day-to-day social media publishing and engagement

• Track content performance and provide monthly performance reports

• Identify trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to the textile/fashion industry

• Support digital marketing campaigns and paid social media initiatives

• Work closely with the sales and business teams to create content that supports lead generation and customer acquisition

• Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity and communication

What We Expect

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media/content marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Good knowledge of content strategy, social media analytics and digital marketing

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Ability to independently develop content ideas and execute them

• Understanding of fashion, textiles, fabrics or B2B/B2C brands will be an advantage

• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet content deadlines

• Strong visual sense and understanding of premium brand positioning
