Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing lighting solutions company dealing in LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights & outdoor lights.

We operate three in-house brands:

• Halomax Lighting

• Luemin Lighting

• Infinityz Lighting

We aim to build a strong digital presence and become a recognized name in the lighting industry.

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end social media activities and drive engagement across platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook

• Planning and executing a content calendar

• Designing posts, reels, and creatives (images, videos, carousels, etc.)

• Writing engaging captions and content

• Actively working towards increasing likes, views, reach, and engagement

• Tracking performance and improving content based on insights

• Managing brand presence for Halomax, Luemin & Infinityz

• Staying updated with latest social media trends and formats

AI & Tools Requirement

• Knowledge of AI tools (other than ChatGPT) for:

  • Content writing

  • Image generation

  • Video creation / animation

  • Creative designing

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, video editing apps, and automation tools is preferred

Who We Are Looking For

• Creative thinker with strong visual sense

• Performance-oriented (focus on results, not just posting)

• Good understanding of Instagram growth & engagement strategies

• Self-driven and proactive

• Organized and consistent in posting

Experience

• 1–3 years of social media handling experience preferred

• Freshers with strong portfolio and creative skills may also apply
