Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms and create engaging content that enhances our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, video editing, and AI-powered content tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos, including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

• Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Veo, HeyGen, or similar platforms.

• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy aligned with the brand voice.

• Design basic graphics and creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

• Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and product launches.

• Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Experience in creating short-form video content.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of AI video generation tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Veo, HeyGen, or equivalent.

• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation, image generation, and voice-over tools.

• Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize content performance.

• Understanding of B2B marketing is an added advantage.
