Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Professional with 4–7 years of experience to manage and grow our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and maintain company profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Run paid campaigns and optimize performance (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
Generate leads and drive conversions through social media channels
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) for campaign execution
Handle community management and respond to audience queries/messages
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Experience in paid advertising and campaign optimization
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in B2B / BTL / agency background is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
