Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and driving audience engagement while ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
2. Create, plan, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos across platforms.
3. Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
4. Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm updates to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and employer branding initiatives.
7. Identify influencer collaboration opportunities and manage partnerships where applicable.
8. Stay updated with emerging AI tools and digital marketing technologies to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging social media platforms.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other reporting tools.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.
Strong copywriting and content storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Experience working with B2B and B2C brands is preferred.
Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
